Refused to give me a prescription for my dog's heart worm preventative forcing me to buy it from them at a much higher price then I could get it else where. Goes against AVMA ethical guidelines but guess money is more important to them. AVMA’s Principles of Veterinary Medical Ethics require that veterinarians provide prescriptions to clients upon request in lieu of dispensing a drug when a veterinarian-client-patient relationship exists and the veterinarian has determined that the drug is medically necessary.

I’ve never had anything but the utmost love and care from everyone at the clinic. They’ve come to help my family at home, other times they’ve met us in the middle of the night. They’ve rehomed pets for us. Assisted in getting us better prices, been unbelievably compassionate and done everything they could to ease our pain when we had to put one of our babies down.
