My experiences with Justin at Lake Country have been between outstanding and better than that! I have had suspensin work, brake work and replacement tires on two cars, and can only heap praise on the quality of work done. I would find it hard to believe that Justin would have left 5 lug nuts untightened if that was the cause of "my wheel loosened up" in another review. If this really happened, why didn't you complain to the shop?
