I had to have a water heater replaced a few months ago. When Casey came over to do the inspection and gave me the quotes, I was pleasantly surprised that he wasn't salesy at all. He laid out the options in a very clear way, set the right expectations, and gave me time to think them over. I was fed up with other plumbing companies trying to sell me upgrades I didn't need. Louie arrived on time and efficiently fixed our downstairs bathroom sink and our kitchen garbage disposal/sink. He explained everything patiently and in a way that I could understand what work was needed.
Top Notch service. From the initial call with our plumbing problem, to the great communication with Gianna setting up the time for the techs to come out, and the techs that came out to our house Casey and Louie explaining in detail what they were doing and keeping me updated. Our old water heater needed to be replaced. It was leaking and causing a minor flood in the basement. Searched up plumbers in the area and lake cook plumbing was first on the list. They said they could come out the next day, so I was excited! They had to remove the utility room doors, to not keep them longer I said I would put the doors back on myself.
