I am giving Dr Lesniak's office one star because we spent the first 15-20 minutes of every appointment discussing payment. She never gave me a physical copy of the payment breakdown. If you questioned her about specific payments for services she was not clear. In addition to my dental insurance I payed her 3 large payments. I finally decided I could not go through with the major dental work because dealing with her became too much. To be honest, to start Dr. Lesniak and I was on a communication stand still for a little minute, but when i went into detail as to how my 4 teeth was list and why I was afraid she completely understood. She is someone I'd recommend to a family. Very caring and loving and strategic to all her technology. I'm an electrician who was hurt at work and the pain i felt before her was undiscribable. I came to see Dr. Lesniak's in Itasca and my first impression was very good. She is caring professional and, knowledgeable . I am happy to find her as my dentist. She explains everything clearly and her office is very up to date. She listens attentively to my concerns and willing and able to help me. She answered all my questions and I was really satisfied. I feel very comfortable with her because she performs her job with high quality. I recommend her to my family and friends.
