Do not rent from or let this place manage your home. They are difficult to get a hold of and are complete idiots when it comes to managing a property. They have left me multiple times without AC, which is a law to fix asap. They could care less.
I’ve never actually spoke to anyone here. They will not answer the phone. I’ve been dealing with the same issue for 2 years.
I miss our old landlords. At least they got things done in a timely manner. The had me wait 2 weeks when my ac unit went out. I had just brought my daughter home from the hospital and they weren’t concerned at all. Sent in a work order about the water in the ceiling and they did nothing so I’m sure there is mold. When asked about leaving my lease early due to unforeseen circumstances they ignore you. However when your lease is up they auto renew so make sure you check.
