This place is over 60 years old. Major plumbing problems. 3 buildings last year was without hot water for 5 days then a second time for 4 days no water at all. Pools are never open because they can't get permit to open them. I tried for a year to get a dishwasher fixed. It never happened after 4 times of asking. The lights on building i was in went out. After asking them to fix it I ended up fixing them myself without compensation from apt. They have rodent problems with rats cats raccoons roaches lots of spiders. But yet... read more
