Nice place but the Management is Seacrest. To my knowledge they are the worse property management in Florida. Don’t take my word see google reviews for Seacrest.
It's ridiculous how much they raised maintenance costs..the people that live there are living on retirement and can't afford it. On top of it, their maintenance team is not doing their duties well, they take forever to respond to a so call "ticket" and communication with office personnel is worthless, because they just don't follow up, they care less. I don't recommend this place, period.
Remodeled. Nice people live here.
