So glad that I ignored the negative comments and moved here. Serene grounds - I love watching the birds, the stately great blue and white herons that love to stand on the fountains before the waters spray , the flock of egrets roving the lawns picking worms after a shower, the turtles, the Egyptian geese and ducks with their babies (although they are wearing out their welcome by pecking at the flowering plants), the woodpecker and the occasional hawk, even the noisy ravens. Nice place but the Management is Seacrest. To my knowledge they are the worse property management in Florida. Don’t take my word see google reviews for Seacrest.
It's ridiculous how much they raised maintenance costs..the people that live there are living on retirement and can't afford it. On top of it, their maintenance team is not doing their duties well, they take forever to respond to a so call "ticket" and communication with office personnel is worthless, because they just don't follow up, they care less. I don't recommend this place, period.
