Me, my bf and our two daughters had flown from dillingham to pilot point, and it’s a 30-40 minute flight if it’s direct, it costs 570 for one person which would be the same price if we had flown to anchorage from pilot point. It wasn't that we killed a dog as we landed in Port Alsworth that is causing me to give your company a poor review. I writing this because there was no acknowledgement of what happened as we see a dead dog and two crying kids in the office. I'm writing this because we sat around for 2.5 hours with no information as to when we were going to get to Anchorage, watching our luggage being loaded onto a plane and fly away. We flew from Anchorage to Lake Clark and back a few days later. It was great! The pilots were very confident and more than competent. We felt safe flying through the valleys on these small planes. Our pilot on the way out was particularly good. John pointed out several things as we flew along and tipped the wings so everyone could get a good view. We would definitely fly with them again.
