They are so friendly and professional. Just as important, they are honest! Highly recommend.
We took our vehicle to Lake City Transmission in Locust Grove last year. Within two days, they knew what the issue was (after being at a dealership for over a month) and had it back to us within one week of having it. They also were very up front about what it could be, the cost, and were in communication with us the entire time. They also let us know there is an aftermarket transmission in there which we didn’t know. We will definitely use Lake City again if we have to.
Two transmissions later and they have not fixed the problem .I took the vehicle back to them 4 times and did not fix the problem they kept sending it back with the same problem $4400.00 down the drain one big ripoff scam .I put the vehicle in storage because the transmission does not shift properly
