Bob came recommended and he delivered. Friendly, speedy service and arrived with a crew to make quick work of a complicated plumbing installation. I would have to say that they did more than what was 'required' and I appreciated that. Doug Mac 6-12-2009

Bob, the owner I guess, was very professional & helpful over the phone. He indicated there was an $80 trip charge but said they wouldn't charge it if there was no work to do, so I didn't feel like I was automatically paying no matter what. I made an appointment for the next morining & the service guy gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way & showed up on time.
