Sorry they don't have negative number of stars, terrible service/communication skills. He said it would take 2 weeks, it took 5 weeks. He quoted me $400-500; charged me $800. He would get mad and disrespectful when asked, "when will you be done", to the point where he started threating "Do you want to just come get it" when I finally got the ski back, it ran for 1hr before failing completely, actually had several new issues....now my gauges and IBR don't work , worked fine when I dropped it off...in fact my ski didn't have a... read more
Kept the boat from October 2021 to late June 2022. Never once called, but after stopping by several times and getting one excuse after another he said just come get it. Returned boat with foot off in pieces and never gave a diagnosis. I guess rhe good news is he didn't charge me, bur ensured my use of the boat for the summer wouldn't happen and left me in a situation where the boat foot is off marking it more difficult to find someone willing to pick up the mess he left. I think he may have retired and forgot to tell anyone ... read more
