I would give less than 1 star if I could. I waited 3 weeks for them to give me an estimate, but they never showed to the appointment. When I called, it was because they called me 1 time the day before and since I didn't answer they canceled it, but didn't even leave a message. It took some doing but I got them to come a week later (4 weeks after I first called). They finally came, then 11 days later I finally called again and actually got the quote for 15 windows and 2 doors, which was about 40% above a high quote. This was ... read more

I have had a couple of different dealings with them for 3 different items. They are super friendly and helpful. Everything I have gotten from them has been exactly what I specified, and the prices were really reasonable. Go to them for any glass needs. I will!

Wrong Lake City Glass sorry for confusion!
Lake City Glass sent two technicians to my home today and they professionally installed a new sliding glass door for me in my condo along with reinstalling my screen door which they rescreened for me. Both people were very professional and did not leave until everything was working correctly. Very neat and clean as well. I would highly recommend Lake City Glass.

Heather was the gal that waited on me.She was the up most rudest person ever. Customer service sucked!!!!!! I went in there looking to purchase glass for my kitchen cabenitsand asked to look at samples. No help at all. She get a F-. As for quality of work I'd give them an A
