Was lied to over the phone about a part for my truck the service agent told me was bent and shouldn't go back in front differential as they were overhauling it. So I had to wait another week or the part to come it and put in the truck. Down the road 1.5months later I'm having the same issue with the truck. Seems kind of odd to have the same issue a month in half later after I was told it would be replaced over the phone with the service advisor. By far the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. From my first phone call to the final hand shake. The entire team was exemplary. Our new used car was detailed ,filled with gas ,fresh oil and new tires. The pricing was fair and exactly as agreed to. No surprises no hassles no hidden fees, just good old fashion customer service.
