My name is Angela Rickens. I dropped my Expedition off this morning to have the brakes replaced and get the windshield wiper mechanism to work. I went to pick up my vehicle this afternoon, put my key in the ignition and it would not start, all of the THEFT warning lights came on. Engine won't start. Tried several times. Tried my remote start. Nothing but THEFT warnings and auto shut down. (Glad to know it works!) Service department employee's attitude made it ten times worse. Told me it wasn't their problem.
