I have called upperline help five times they will not call me back I haven't received my shoes they keep hanging up the phone on me I'm calling my medicare people and I'm calling the better Business bureau and I'm making a formal report against them I have been waiting for upper line Health to call me back since January 20th .. I've called them 5 times. The deal was they needed authorization to give me my shoes.... I was in the Drs office the same day and he said I should be getting a call soon. Nope! No call..... I highly recommend this office they are the best.
