I contacted Eric about a white Beetle. It wasn't ready, needed a few things to pass inspection. Eric kept in close contact with me as they got it 'sticker ready.' He didn't let it leave the lot untill he got a chance to test it out himself! There was no pressure to buy add-ons, just options presented and he got me the best financing rate around (beat my credit union). We ended up getting a great little car for my daughter. Now to get her license.
