RecommendedWe bought the apple and huckleberry pie today at the farmer's market and it was, hands down, one of the best pies we have EVER eaten! Nothing beats my mom's apple pie, though ;-) The crust was flaky and buttery, and the filling, which is made from scratch, was SO tasty! It's too bad we don't live in Coeur d'Alene. We'd be buying their baked goods all the time!
