I enjoyed living in a townhome there. The home was bright, put together nice, the basement was a big bonus. Didn't have problems with management really besides move out charges that werent mine damages to pay cuz i moved in with damages already there. After raising the issue i got reimbursed my deposit. Living close to others there will be flaws and hiccups but that's expected. I'm for sure looking into moving back when I come back into the state.

A professional property manager/ management will give you information pertaining their requirements to qualify before calling you and informing you that your name came up on the low-income waiting list. The property manager Lindsley, called serval different times asking my daughter if she was still interested in an apartment in Lake City. She never mentioned what the qualifications was but only ask if she could pass a background check. She definitely denied my daughter’s application due to credit.
