Horrific experience. Refused treatment.
Dr. Pratt and his amazing staff performed surgery on my dog's broken leg. During all of our visits, there were NO long wait times, and everyone was extremely kind, informative and helpful! I recommend them whether you have an emergency like we did, or if you are simply looking for an office for routine visits.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the wonderful staff and Dr. Pratt. Him and his staff took really good care of my poor kitten the other day that had a major neurological issue. Everyone was very professional and they didn't rush us. Will be bringing other pets to then
love these gals (and guy). my fur babies are well taken care of!!
They took wonderful care of my mom's dog while we was out of town.

Thank you to Dr Pratt for taking the time to take care of Keki Dagley! An emergency C-Section on a Friday night was not in the plans for today. What an AMAZING DR. Who would take the time to save Keki and her babies. ( Especially after hours ) there are still caring people in this world. Thank you for going above and beyond today!
The staff here is amazing. They truly care about your pets. The front desk is always fast and super friendly and the vets and vet techs are amazing as well. What really touched me was that we recently lost our dog and today I received a card personally signed by Dr. Pratt and the staff on the loss of our dog Riley. It was completely unexpected and extremely thoughtful. Thank you Lake City Animal Hospital for every thing you do!
