I got this truck from Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram back in June. Specifically, i sent the down payment on 6/6/25, I had the truck delivered from Pennsylvania to Ohio on 6/13/25 sight unseen. I was also told on 6/6/25 by the salesman that the truck was looked over & serviced & that there were no problems found. However when it got to me the salesman told me that the radio was having problems, sometimes skipping songs by itself. Recently traded in my old truck for a newer one. My salesman was Skylar. He was fantastic, not only did he but the whole team made us feel welcomed. Unlike any other dealership where you feel “pressured”. All the guys are super relaxed, and personable 10/10 would recommend this dealer to anyone in need of a vehicle!
**AVOID LIKE LIFE DEPENDS ON IT BECAUSE IT MIGHT** Lake auto is not Better business bureau accredited. They have 5 pending court cases at the time of looking this up. They do not clean or repair any vehicles for sale. They dont care about their reputation or customer satisfaction or saftey. Every vehicle under 20k has significant mechanical issues and can not pass inspection.
