The staff at Lake are very friendly and professional. They have always taken good care of our vehicles, even if we didn't buy it there.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They added thousands of dollars extra charges to our vehicle purchase without telling us ( like a few hundred dollars for windshield coating, etc , etc ,etc .. so many that it added up to several thousand dollars and was truly confusing and upsetting) .. we called and asked for the extra charges that we did NOT agree to be removed...
