I have to give a shout out to LAKE RAM Service Manager, Zack Adams. I purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 Longhorn EcoDiesel on Feb 6, 2024, from a used dealer in Maryland. 36 miles after I bought it a service light & message came on stating the truck will not start in 200 miles. Long story short, Dakotah was able to have RAM cover the DEF Exhaust system (a known issue) for me. That is SERVICE above and beyond the "Call of Duty"! THANK YOU.

AWFUL. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My jeep got towed there because mt battery was having issues charging. They didn’t look at it for 2 days after my scheduled appointment time because “they didn’t have keys” and once they finally looked at it, they blamed it on my CarPlay connected and charged me $200. I left there with my vehicle and broke down 2 minutes down the road. Now they won’t return my call, absolutely awful place for service.
