I’ve taken my vehicle here 2 times after purchasing it here for issues while in warranty. They did not want to do any work on it until after warranty was over and the money was coming directly out of me. This dealership sucks and I’ll literally go anywhere besides here.
My car battery appeared to be dying. I called and they service department fit me right in for a battery test. They replaced the battery and was good to go. Always friendly service.
I purchased a 2005 Mustang at Lake Chevrolet and couldn't be happier. I had called and made an appointment to see the car and it was ready for me to take a test drive when I got there. Vancella was great to work with and very helpful and Matt made the paperwork process quick and painless.
The worst dealership experience I ever had I wish I never got a vehicle from them I got 2 from lake Ford and I never had problems like I do now I will never get another vehicle from here
