Lake Chevrolet GMC is hands down the most unprofessional, disrespectful dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I called and scheduled an appointment to look at a truck—over an hour away from me. Told them I was coming ready to pay in full with a single check. Any decent business would at least offer to hold the vehicle or take a deposit. Not these clowns. Great service
Great service during and after the sale. They got me a better rate than I pre-qualified for, and made repairs FOC that could've have been easily passed off as a maintenance issue from previous owner.
Excellent staff - went out of their way to help us in a pickle.
After a miscommunication the dealership went above and beyond to help us get the truck we wanted and even met us in another state to trade the trucks. Definitely redeemed theirselves from the initial contact! We love our truck!
