They notified me when any complications arose and Informed me on what was being done in order to have the job completed correctly, which I truly appreciated. Lake Chevrolet GMC is hands down the most unprofessional, disrespectful dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I called and scheduled an appointment to look at a truck—over an hour away from me. Told them I was coming ready to pay in full with a single check. Any decent business would at least offer to hold the vehicle or take a deposit. Not these clowns.
