This hospital is the worst of the worst. If I could give them a zero I would! Never going back there again! I took in my daughter for bone pain, chills, upset stomach, high heart rate. Was attended by Dr Burns without any testing just looking at her he said she had the flu. I asked if he could do a flu test just to make sure and rule out other things and he said no, it would be a waste of resources!! I’ve never heard of such a thing! Been to Chelan Hospital for emergencies and blood work and every time have been met with personal and professional attention. When an emergency calls for transfer to another larger hospital, with surgeons on call, they make it happen. 4 star because in fact they don’t have emergency surgeon on call and it’s another step to be taken to a different location. We have really appreciated this facility and its staff and Dr’s.
Worst Emergency Room hands down. If i could have put 0 i would. They do not care and are heartless. If you have a life or death emergency they will kill you not save you. Releasing patients who go home and experience cardiac arrest. They refuse to fix the ER Doctor's deplorable actions. They do not walk on water and should be held accountable for their mistakes. Everyone needs constructive criticism to meep getting better.
