Avoid at any cost, otherwise it will cost you money and MORE. Literally go to any other hospital unless there's no other option. I stayed in the hospital a year ago and they keep sending me bills that are random and don't align with any of my records. I tried contacting them multiple times, email and phone, they never reply. Understaffed and long wait times and no communication. Left without being treated. They had no idea how long it would be. Waited over 30 minutes and no x ray.

I had a piece of steak stuck in my throat for over 20 hours before I came in. They did an excellent job and removed it with no issues!

I received my bill from Lake Chelan hospital 2 months after I was in the ER. My bill was almost $4000 for an IV and nausea meds. After talking to my insurance, they informed me Lake Chelan Hospital entered my member ID incorrectly, therefore they denied it. I have reached out the hospital billing department 3 times over the span of a week. No one has contacted me or answered my call.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hospital. I came in with a deep and painful cut on my finger, which was swollen and potentially involved a bone or tendon. Despite explaining my pain and concerns multiple times, the doctor dismissed me and refused to do an X-ray, even though I was clearly in distress. The nurse didn’t clean or disinfect the wound at all — she simply handed me a bandage and watched me struggle to wrap it around my swollen, painful finger.
