Great Location Close to the airport, schools, shopping and many restaurants. The area is what makes this place so nice. The staff is friendly. The walls are a little thin for my taste but otherwise the floorplans are great. Amenities are wonderful. You will love the type of people who reside here. They are kind and friendly .
my view of lake chase community It is a half way descent place if you dont have children, its a gated community but usually the gates are broken or people just come in behind you when you enter. Our car was just broken into on Sunday night (Easter)..there arent many children here over 8. Alot of people moving so they overcharge people that are still here to paint the buildings which is not included in the monthly maintenance charge..soo I dont suggest it and am currently trying to move!
