Glad this place is closing... the worst service I've ever had. Read other reviews with plenty of other people saying the same thing. How in the heck can this place get a 4.4 out of five? Wife and I felt ignored while we were there. Took longer than it should to get a beer, bartender was off putting and seemed to want to talk to other employees, rather than to serve my wife and I. slow slow service, entrance hard to find. I watched them switch barrels from beer to cider on one tap and didn't purge or clean the lines. was not remotely impressed.
Craft beer was good. Has outdoor seating that gives a view of the lake. Wait staff was scarce at times.
Apparently we did not appear to be your server's preferred customers!! Very rude, poor service, especially after we left 25% or more tip with merchandise and beer to go purchased from Bier's Inwood. We were looking forward to your yummy gyros, but your servers snotty blow off caused us to walk out, and I never waste a pour like I did just now!! Disappointed to say the least...
Good food relaxing atmosphere enjoyed
All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, great food, and most importantly, awesome beer.
Stopped by for dinner on probably the busiest day of summer, Saturday eve of the Venetian boat festival. We had great and friendly service and the food was tasty and served in a timely manner.
