Authenticity with all mechanical services
I was rear-ended in February 2018 in my Toyota Camry, my vehicle was sent to final touch collision who sent my vehicle to Lake Charles Alignment late April. Here I am in December with my vehicle pulling hard to the driver’s side, and I decide to call Lake Charles Alignment and ask them what I should expect out of an alignment and how long it should last they say that their alignments are warranted for 90 days and insist that I have been driving on unkept roads with pot holes! I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!
Great big shop as employee Josh broussard did a good explanation about my Nissan Maxima. Showed me old part compare new part. Glad it fixed. Nice lady at desk. Will go back in couple months to replace 2 more parts. Thanks
It was my first time there. For an alignment in my car. Was in and out in about an hour. Once they got to my car they were quick. Just had to be patient and wait my turn. Friendly office staff.
Very pleased. Got to my van quickly and the work was done within an hour and a half.
Got my truck fixed and running great I'll definitely come back for any future repairs that I can't do myself.
Thanks Mike. ..she drives like she is new again!!!!
