Purchased 2 hot tub covers ,$ 1,200.. ish . They drive through my town with a van once a week , I live an hour away !! They needed an extra "50" bucks to kick covers out on the way through my town, where is the customer service there ???. So instead I got in my truck waved to them as we passed each other on my way to pick up the 35 lbs worth of tub covers . What a wast of time and gas ..shame on you !! Will definitely be doing business elsewhere in the future .

Being 77 years young to say I have done business with a lot of businesses would be a mild understatement. I researched my desire for a quality, realistic fire place insert and referred by several friends who had bought theirs at Plattsburgh Pools and were very happy I took myself to Plattsburgh and after the fact could not be happier nor more impressed with their quality product and professionalism show by all I dealt with. My hot tub breaker kept tripping every 3 hours, and I suspected a faulty breaker because the test button wasn't working. I couldn't find another breaker at any of the local hardware stores, so I called them for a service appointment since I got the hot tub and breaker system from them. Within 20 minutes, they also suspected that it was the breaker and rather than having brought one with them, knowing that that's was what I told them I suspected my issue was, they called someone to bring one down for $300. This fall we had the Chimney Sweep team come to inspect our old leaky chimneys! They did a very thorough job! They tarred around the base of our main chimney to stop a serious leak. They removed an old, rotten piece of plywood-we were using to cover the other chimney! The crew also identified that our skylights were beginning to leak. They sealed around the edges.
