Arthur and Rob from LCPS, came today 12/17/25 to winterize my hot tub and replace the screws and brackets for the headrests. They went way above and beyond by cleaning the rust that accumulated from the old screws. It was nice to see there are still companies out there who provide excellent service. Nice job.
I can't comment as to how their service is for pools and spas...as far as stoves go- they came out and told us our stainless steel chimney liner was toast, and our Avalon stove was no longer safe to use. They said "I don't care if you use us (to replace the stove) but don't use this stove for your own safety." They gave us an estimate to replace the built in stove with a stand alone stove that would protrude into our living room and go up the existing built in.
