She helps with the heart monitor and explain to me in non medical terms. She went over what do if the sticker came off. Then she told me how to send it back. She was great and very helpful.
I was seen on the same day, with an appt at 4.45 so I did not need to miss any work! The phone and reception staff were all friendly and helpful! The radiological tech was fast and helpful. It was also super affordable which I was grateful for as I have a very high deductible with my new insurance policy and saved me some out of pocket spending. Thank you Lake Champlain Imaging. I’ll be back.
