Terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone. Karen (ironic) at the front desk is beyond rude. My insurance told me that this office was within network and they also told me to say I had UHC for insurance when asked (despite this insurance being distributed through a 3rd party called Surest). Turns out this office doesn’t accept it. I was made to feel as if I did something wrong. The lady who answers the phone , I believe her name is DEB is beyond rude & not only has she been rude to me but to several of my family members who have called in requesting a little for information. She needs some customer service training, NOT OKAY.
