After 5+ years and thousands of dollars spent here, I was just permanently fired as a patient by the front-desk manager who proudly told me “I’m the highest person you’ll ever speak to.” Here’s what happened: I finally got paired with Dr. B (the only good dentist in that building) after years of dealing with mediocre ones. I could not recommend Dr. B enough! He is an excellent dentist who is the first dentist I have had where I don’t feel nervous and uncomfortable to have work done. He explains everything he is doing as he is doing it and is knowledgeable. He is kind, caring, and respectful. The office is clean and the staff are friendly and very caring. I see Dr B at this practice. He is an amazing dentist with compassion and knowledge. Each visit is extremely calm and professional. He understands each patient and takes the time to listen as well. I have had efficiency, expertise and attention to detail work done each visit. The entire office staff is friendly and professional. We are very fortunate to have such a great dental practice in Plattsburgh.
