They don't know how to be punctual like for God's sake if the appointment is at 8:30 they should see me at 8:30.
I had a great experience at Lake Champlain Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and friendly, making me feel comfortable right away. Everyone was attentive and easy to talk to, which made a routine dental visit feel much less stressful than usual. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about their patients. I’d happily recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the Plattsburgh area.
Absolute circus of an office. I paid over $2,000 upfront for clear aligners back in February, and five months later, I still hadn’t received them. Every single time I had an appointment scheduled to get my aligners, the dentist took the day off and the office forced me to reschedule. To make matters worse, the receptionist is incredibly rude.
