Absolute circus of an office. I paid over $2,000 upfront for clear aligners back in February, and five months later, I still hadn’t received them. They use silver fillings that fall out within a matter of a few months and then they don't guarantee their work. The office is sarcastic, rude and made fun of my mental health when I was only asking for help. The office manager Nikki has NO integrity or empathy.

Had my new patient appointment set for weeks. They call me the day before at 1226pm, and tell me that my appointment is canceled because I didn't confirm it by noon. As a new patient, how would I have known this. They said they tried to call and text me which is a LIE! they seem to call extremely early for appointment reminders and don't seem to do their job very well.....
