Empathy: Low to moderate Organization: Low to moderate. If you don't go for a year or two you will be treated as a new patient and pay the new patient fee and have to make another appt or two following for any necessary work a side from a cleaning/time with the hygienist. After 5+ years and thousands of dollars spent here, I was just permanently fired as a patient by the front-desk manager who proudly told me “I’m the highest person you’ll ever speak to.” Here’s what happened: I finally got paired with Dr. B (the only good dentist in that building) after years of dealing with mediocre ones.
