I had an appointment yesterday, as soon as I got in there the staff were rude. The dental hygienist who helped me was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful toward a patient in need. I thought going to the dentist is what you do when there’s a tooth infection so when I was trying to explain that AND show the medication I was prescribed from the dr at the ER this hygienist was so damn mean and had zero empathy. I just want to clarify some things for people, dental offices don't just ban you from booking with them for nothing, they have protocols to follow. If you are banned from booking future appointments it is because someone has missed 3 appointments in a row or continually cancels appointments with less than 24hrs notice. When appointments are canceled with such a short notice it doesnt give them time enough to rebook someone for that time slot, so a dentist can't recoup any of these lost funds.
