I just want to clarify some things for people, dental offices don't just ban you from booking with them for nothing, they have protocols to follow. If you are banned from booking future appointments it is because someone has missed 3 appointments in a row or continually cancels appointments with less than 24hrs notice. When appointments are canceled with such a short notice it doesnt give them time enough to rebook someone for that time slot, so a dentist can't recoup any of these lost funds. Amazing staff and customer service! I went here when I couldn’t get into my normal dentist and to my surprise I was welcomed in with smiles and kindness. I don’t live in bonnyville but I did end up switching my dentist! 10/10 never had a bad experience! Even with the low income that come in they are treated with the same respect and kindness as me and it truly is such a blessing to see this
