Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room is not ok. Someone’s beard hair still around the sink and a used razor on the shelf in the shower. The toilet also has a leak. There is visible mould/stains in shower and under sink. Wardrobe door is broken.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay 💖 From the moment I arrived, all of the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and kindness 🌼💛 Everyone was so friendly, and they made me feel comfortable and welcome throughout my stay ♡ I also loved having access to the pool, and being so close to the Esplanade was amazing 🌞🏝🩵 I enjoyed going for a walk there every morning, and it became one of my favorite parts of the day!!✨✨ I’m really happy I chose this hotel!!!!
