Location is very good as basically in CBD. I had a downstairs room which was 2 rooms being 2 singles in one and Double and single in the other. Air-con in bedrooms only old style in windows and loud when running. The unit is very tired and needs a lot of repair as does checking on cleaning. Bathroom door doesn’t close and is dirty throughout. Marks like old blood 🩸 on lounge wall, architrave in bathroom rooted out. My main concern was when I asked about parking?
