4日間滞在しました。全体的には、価格の割に快適に過ごせるホテルではないかと感じます。まず1番に、スタッフがとても親切フレンドリーです。自分が滞在した際は、素敵な日本人スタッフがいらしたので日本語でも相談できました。マネージャーさんは日本語での会話ができるか確認していませんが、とても親切でした。受付が開いたいる時間は900-1700ですが、それより前のチェックアウト、チェックインも柔軟な対応くださいました。宿泊者は普段別の出入り口から出入りするので滞在中は関係ないですが、チェックイン前はフロントが開いている時間でも防犯のためか？入り口の鍵は閉まっていることもあります。その場合でも電話すればすぐに開けにきてくれますので、心配ご無用です。 部屋は、値段の通りで決して最新設備ではないですが、ちゃんと掃除されていて自分は不自由なく過ごせました。ただ、オーストラリアでありがちなダイニングの電気は暗かったです。コインランドリーは洗濯機3台、乾燥機 3台が一階角にあり、数軒隣のコインランドリーより安く洗濯・乾燥できます。これらはカード決済で利用できます（JCBはダメですが。）。キッチンはIHやコンロはないですがシンクと電子レンジ、小型の冷蔵庫と食器はあります。... read more
Great location right in the centre of town, walking distance to everything. Gated premises with code to enter so very safe. Very clean & quiet accommodation, suitable for all travellers, including families. Own swimming pool & laundromat. Maria & her team are very welcoming & happy to assist you in any way they can. I will definitely return when next in Cairns.
