Service is great. All the staff are really nice. Only issue are the boats are terrible, old, and unreliable. They need to get some new boats for their fleet. If they did, they’d be 5+++ all the way
Avoid This Place – Unsafe Docks & Unreliable Boats Our experience with Casitas Boat Rentals was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we stepped onto their dock, it was clear that safety was not a priority. The dock itself was in terrible condition—broken and missing wood, unbalanced floats causing it to tip dangerously. We almost fell into the water just trying to board. Had a great day on Lake Casitas. This was the first time we have been there. Renting the pontoon boat was wonderful from beginning to end. The gear was all in very good shape and ready for us as soon as we arrived, but the staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful. We are very appreciative of the level of assistance we received from them.
