Love how quiet the apartment is, the pool is perfect could use more deck lawn chairs but I love how flexible the staff is and everything!!
We definitely had problems with this apartment complex while we lived there for 2 years. Mostly all of our packages would get stolen. We had management and maintenance walk into our apartment on multiple occasions without permission or atleast giving us 24 hour notice. One time including while my boyfriend was in the shower. There were no locks on the main entrance doors, so anyone could walk into the building when ever they please... which they definitely did.. including strangers who just walked around the outside area aim... read more
Office is really hard to get ahold of. Nobody is ever there
Would a 1 star review get anyone’s attention?!?! I am not a tenant but I am trying to get in touch with someone so that I can apply and be a tenant here. I called this office so many times and it is clear that either nobody is in the office or the staff in the office don’t care because nobody is answering that phone. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I called more than 10 times this past Friday. I left a voicemail and nobody returned my call!! UPDATE - They still suck so hard. literally trash lmfao. Nola is horrible. No one will ever change my opinion on her. We lived here last year and the whole time living there was an absolute mess. We hated it. Nola in the office is very unresponsive. We haven't lived there for 8 MONTHS. she just sent us a 4000 dollar bill to pay within 30 days or its going to collections.
