Iam giving these stars because of Mark maintenance person.. he is very sweet kind hearted and smiley person.. he gets done work asap I wish other people from management would be like him as well some people does not have polite way to answer us..
It’s 92 degrees outside… it should not be like this in the gym. Numerous times since last year! Have we told maintenance the A/C does not work & still nothing is done about it this is ridiculous. Someone who can’t handle the heat will pass out.
UPDATE: it’s been about a year and a half since I first wrote this review. The management/maintenance team were able to get my apartment treated and I haven’t had roach issues since. I must say that they handled my concerns with poise and provided a solution. I’m very thankful that my concerns were heard and acted upon. They were also VERY quick to replace my water heater when it began to leak. Thank you, Lake Cameron team!
