I thought I was moving into and paying for a gated community. The gates were broken far more often than they worked, and anyone could walk right through the unlocked side walk gates. It took so very long for them to fix anything. My AC went out on a holiday weekend. The weather was thankfully mild, but my apartment was a hot, sticky, 81 degrees, with windows open and fans running.
