Let me first off start saying that my family and I love going to El Loro! But tonight was absolutely HORRIBLE !!!! We sat at our table for over 15 minutes without anyone coming over greeting us (except the chip guy), I had to go find someone (which took a good awhile) to ask if someone could please come help us and to take our order.
