We have been there twice. The first time was two weeks ago. They were busy, food came a little bit slow, but they are still in training in phase. Last Thursday, February 18th, my husband and I met there for lunch. The new manager was supposed to start on March 1st but was brought in last week due to how busy they have been. Well I guess if they comp your meal for crap service you should be happy but seriously racks had better service then this place! Still paid half my bill because the food was very good, still have some work to do good luck. Pancho villia in Monty way better sorry but true
We visited El Loro Saturday late afternoon. It took longer than it needed to be seated since plenty of tables were open (hostess needed some help). After we were finally seated, service was slow in general. Our order was messed up. Kids meals french fries were still partially frozen. Other food was good but not great. We will likely return after some time. Hopefully their issues will be worked out by then.

Great food and service! Multiple people checked in to see how our service was, we had no complaints. The guy even told our kids to go pick a piece of candy on him. Can't wait to go back!

Good food and Mexican singers going from table to table was really fun! Place was busy, good sign. Had to wait 20 min for our table, but wait staff was great!
Didn't really seem like anything special. Staff was good. Is it normal to use canned chicken in the enchiladas? I'm pretty sure that was the case. I thought it would have been better.
