I have a fear of going to the dentist. Everyone at Lake Britt made me feel relaxed and part of the family.
I recently moved here from Korea and part of my braces broke. I was really worried but everyone at this office was so kind and welcoming. One of the staff members even told me they could speak a little Korean and sang me “Happy Birthday” because my birthday had been just three days earlier. It completely made my day and made me feel so welcome. The orthodontist also did a great job with my treatment. Since I don’t have dental insurance, I was afraid the cost would be very high. Lake Britt Dental Care Staff(Francesca, Paula and Ruben) were amazing and welcoming to me! I’m not a big fan of the dentists but they were very understanding and even offered me tissue for my potential tears(J/K). I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great team of doctors and staff!
Highly recommend :) went in for invisalign and am extremely happy with the process and my smile.
