Favorite place I lived at in Baton Rouge. The complex/grounds people kept the place nice and clean. The amenities are really nice: coming in a theatre, nice pool, billiards table, and more. Just be cautious of who or which property management company you lease from.

Among the many problems with this complex I will only cover a few. The office staff is extremely unhelpful. There are enormous potholes throughout the complex. The trash bins are always overflowing. They refuse to take responsibility for any of these issues. UPDATE: they fixed some of the potholes at the front of the complex but don’t think about living in any unit besides the front row because you will pop a tire.
