No communication between doctors and was being told to do different things by each. Unnecessary intervention (ultrasounds and early C-section) pushed. I loved the practice for years but this last experience (pregnancy) was a stressful one at a time in the final weeks when it shouldn't have been. In addition, while I was on the operating table getting prepped for surgery, the doctor's cell phone rang and she grabbed it out of her pocket to look at it and silence it. This office has been my home for over 10 years! The doctors and nurses are super friendly, they remember your name and they truly care about you. I've never had to wait too long past my appointment time (which is huge!) and the office itself is beautiful and very professional. My favorite part are the people there and the way they treat you each time, making you feel important and valued. I have never had a bad experience there in 10 years and I'm thankful for offices like this!
I have been going to Barrington Health Care for Women since 2005. As my husband and I were planning a family, it was important to both of us to find a good OB-GYN. We definitely hit the jackpot. Love, love, love the entire staff of receptionists, nurses and physicians. Almost 9 years ago, Dr. Herbolsheimer delivered our first son and nearly 18 months later, Dr. Pines delivered our second.
