She is very knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about her work. If you have questions or concerns about products and skincare, she listens and provides advice. She provides a very clean and relaxing environment even with her sweet fur babies by her side ❤️

Janell at Lake Balboa Facials does great work! Above and beyond! My face has never felt so smooth. I had a glycolic facial and she also did some dermaplaning that got rid of the annoying peach fuzz around my mouth for the first time ever! Also, she has really cute, well behaved dogs! Overall, a super comfortable relaxing experience. Highly recommend her services.
The best facial treatment ever. Jennell is professional and takes her time to understand your health and skin issues. I have oily skin and deep pores around my nose that she treats once a month. I always come out feeling clean and refreshing. There is no one better.
