I’ve lived at Lake Aspen for almost a year now and I have to say it’s my favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I’m always impressed with how clean and well kept the grounds are. There are guys outside daily maintaining the property. The office staff is friendly, responsive, and always take care of things promptly. My buddy lives hers. Nice apartments with up kept grounds
I don't live in these apartments but I deliver every day with Doordash and Uber eats, whoever designed this buildings should consider lettering them from A to Z. Every day I have to run up and down the complex looking for an apartment number not knowing which building it's at. This makes the tenants have to wait longer for their food. There are over a hundred units here spread over different buildings, if you rent here, be prepared to give delivery drivers a sketch to your door or instructions to save them time.
Mean manager & a bully. I'm handicapped & fell twice in the snow, which they lack in removal, and got no response on the phone after calling the manager & maintenance. Not very nice ppl
