This place is a scam they take your money but won’t give you medicine. I have a sore throat and I’ve gotten medicine for it before but now they are saying theirs no medicine for a sore throat. The doctor is never in and the nurses never call you back. I’ve called 5 times. Stay away your better off going to the hospital in Osage Beach.
The length of paragraph needed to describe how awful the services are here is far too long. My doctor, he was great, the rest of the staff? Nurses and Coordinators? AWFUL. I have now gone 9 weeks with a torn ligament in my knee, it is because of this staff not sending in the appropriate paperwork needed to my insurance company to cover an MRI.
