She’s condescending and rude. Fixed a cavity that was done incorrectly and when I asked that she refund my insurance company so I can get it fixed correctly, she then attempted to deflect the situation and make it seem like I was trying to “dictate patent care”. I’ve filed a formal complaint against her. D
I went through several dentists before I found Dr. Crow after moving to Austin in 2010. She is honest and provides detailed information with any options that are available so that the correct procedure can be performed. I highly recommend Dr. Crow and have referred her to colleagues who have also had nothing but positive experiences.
