I truly enjoyed my experience working as a concierge here at Lake Anne House. The residents, staffs, and guests are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes my job rewarding every day. Wonderful!! This is not just a community, it's a family. My grandmother has been a resident for over 10 years. Whenever I call her, she is busy participating in yoga, Tai chi, zumba, holiday concerts.. this is just the icing on the cake. There are a variety of activities for senior residence, social worker in house, new amenities. It has come a long way. I have to hand it to Lounetta and her team for doing an AMAZING JOB!! I haven't been totally happy but it's home. Transition from old building to new is stressful and rugged. Needs time to iron out the bugs as in any program.
This is a great community to volunteer at. The community is for low to moderate income seniors and they are grateful for community support.
