RecommendedIt’s always a nervous thing to bring your kitty in to a new clinic. But at Birch Lake Animal hospital they we’re super friendly, didn’t wait long at all, and loved my old man!! (Mr. Radio the cat) they have me updates and responses to what his condition was right away which I didn’t expect so soon!
Started going to Birch Lake when my yorkie (Tyson) was approximately 3 months into his kidney failure. Everyone here helped him/me with true compassion until his last day. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Now I, without a doubt, bring Roxie my new babe to see Dr. Haase. She is Amazing!!! We love you ALL!!!
The staff from the front desk to the doctors are all so caring. Go way out of there way to help you or get you into an appointment even when they are booked for a weak. Winnie Loves Dr Jenson.
Been living here for 20 years and this place knows every dog I've ever owned. And there have been quite a few. Real and caring people, no pressure, no guilt trip. Was just in with my old puppy mill rescue toy poodle. Dr. Haase has been just wonderful each and every time we come in.
I've brought at least five German Shepherds and a few cats through Birch Lake Animal Hospital in the last eighteen years, and I am always impressed by the professionalism and compassion of the vets and staff. The vets are thorough, kind, and take the time to explain things to me. Wendy, Sally, and Laurie up front, and Linda the CVT have been particularly good to me and my animals. Drs. Howe, Mitchell, and Jensen are superlative. I cannot recommend this place or their services - even boarding - highly enough.
I highly recommend Birch Lake Animal Hospital. The staff is welcoming and caring. We have had great experiences with the veterinarians that have cared for our dogs as well as the technicians. They are the best!!
Dr.Tim is awesome and really cares for our animal babies!
My Yorkie Poo has received incredible care from all of the vets that have taken care of him. Very nice facility and staff is great. Everything is explained clearly and I know we are in great hands!
