Amazing staff and service. I took my 5 pound puppy in for a checkup and as you could imagine she was very scared of the new surroundings, new people, and animals in the waiting room with us. When taken into an exam room, Dr Johnson took the time to have my puppy get used to her first before doing the hands on assessment. I could tell she truly cared and didn't rush through even though they were quite busy that day. Thank you! �
Dr.Stephen, Dr. Johnson & their staff are all kind & caring people. When our dog, Darby was diagnosed with cancer--they all helped make her remaining time as comfortable & pain-free as possible. They are always available to answer any questions & are very knowledgeable. Best of all-- they are sympathetic & ready to help.
Everyone at Lake Animal Hospital is kind, caring, and helpful. I have two cats who have had a range of veterinary needs – urinary tract troubles, feline diabetic maintenance, emergency wound care – and I always know I can trust Dr. Johnson and her staff to give my pets top-notch service. Most important, I always feel comfortable asking any of them questions about my cats' health needs!
Absolutely top notch! Dr. Johnson and her staff care about and love our pets as if they were their own! I have had some very tough and difficult situations to go through with some of my pets, and they have been right there with me, never leaving me alone, caring for me AND my pet.....doesn't get any better than that!
