There are no words that can adequately describe how grateful we are to Grant and his team at Lake and Valley Power Sports, they helped us out at the worst time in our life. I could not recommend Lake and Valley Power Sports highly enough. Their whole team were amazing and went above and beyond.
Recently I was having issues with my fishfinder which is on my Seedoo JetSki. After wasting hours on chat gpt… I called lake and valley and went through the issue with “waz’ he was so helpful and was like come down now mate and I’ll show you how to fix it and we’ll do it straight away. Waz didn’t have to do this and he could have charged me. He didn’t, as a business owner myself I can only appreciate the way this was approached by Waz what a gentlemen and good operator!
Excellent and comprehensive service, amazing people, quality all around. Wouldn't go anywhere else. And thanks for that starter motor! :)
Terrible service centre, complete thieves, avoid at all costs. Quoted me $580 for a steering cable. I purchased a brand new one for $120. They then quoted me $3500 for a throttle body, I purchased one online for $220. Sent them the parts to install but apparently they only like to use parts from a box they opened. The word "mechanic" is not applicable here, these guys install parts only.
The team at Lake and valley power sports deserve praise for their professionalism. Brent is an absolute legend. We purchased two jet skis and he was very accomodating to fit my schedule. He was very informative and throughly explained everything on the collection day. Will definitely be dealing with them in the future as well as all servicing.
