Terrible service centre, complete thieves, avoid at all costs. Quoted me $580 for a steering cable. I purchased a brand new one for $120. They then quoted me $3500 for a throttle body, I purchased one online for $220. Sent them the parts to install but apparently they only like to use parts from a box they opened. The word "mechanic" is not applicable here, these guys install parts only.
The team at Lake and valley power sports deserve praise for their professionalism. Brent is an absolute legend. We purchased two jet skis and he was very accomodating to fit my schedule. He was very informative and throughly explained everything on the collection day. Will definitely be dealing with them in the future as well as all servicing.
The team at Lake and Valley Powersport service and support is second to none. Had me on the water in next to no time, very impressed with the whole process, highly recommend if you’re in the market new toy.
Lake and Valley Powersports - there are not enough stars available to award this business with their customer service going above and beyond for us as Jet Ski owners. I was looking for a seat assembly for an RXT300 and initially called Northern Beaches Sea‑Doo. Unfortunately, they were very rude, unhelpful, and immediately threw out a price of $1,500 without any real explanation. I then called these guys and spoke with Brent, who was fantastic.
