Have bought 3 skis for lake and valley or the years and couldn’t recommend them enough. If there ever were warranty issues they were straight onto it and the owner Grant has even answered phone calls after hours with any questions I’ve had about the skis !
Pretty impressed how fast and professional they handled a few issues on a new ski that I was to pick up, the issues were out of their control but they took control and had it sorted in the following week.. Sonia and the team were great! But I will add, that the ski had a flat battery on the first run. Full family day planned but had to cancel once we were set up at the beach and drive to Morriset to get a new battery from them on the eve of Christmas eve, so with all the traffic it was just a waste of a day! Don't bother. Rang twice, left number and email. No one bothered calling back so went elsewhere and pick up my new seadoo GTI 130 on Saturday.
