Getting an appointment here is impossible. Called multiple times. Either no one answered or when they did kept getting the run around. Lady kept saying she would verify my insurance info and call me back and never got a call back. They need to figure out a better process
Incredibly disgusted with the level of care we received today. Our appointment was at 1:45 for a ONE YEAR old - we were not brought back until 2:15. When I asked for my son to not sit up on the table because I knew he’s be upset she proceeded to say “you don’t like me from last time do you” to my one year old (I know it was a joke..) and then proceeded to hand me the blood pressure cuff and pulse ox monitor to do MYSELF. I 100000% recommend Dr. Cooke and his team. They are the best! I’ve only been here for two visits so far and I am so glad that I made the choice to make this allergist my home! Sam is amazing and doing a great job handling both MA and front desk jobs. The manager is amazing and welcoming. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me so far! They really listen to your needs and get you taken care of in the best way.
tried to get an appointment but they never answer the phone. left messages with the appointment line but never got a call back. left a message on their website 'contact us' page and was also ignored.
Dr. Cooke is amazing! About to start allergy shots and I am hoping that my symptoms get better! Looking forward to continuing to work with them!
