Impossible to set up an appointment with. I’ve called numerous times, left voicemails, when I do get someone on the phone they transfer me and keep transferring me. Terrible customer service
Didn't listen to what I had to say. Nor what I really came into the office for.
Dr. Cooke and his staff have been wonderful- it is obvious the entire office cares about the wellbeing of their patients. Dr. Cooke is thorough and takes his time to truly understand the patient’s needs. I felt heard and understood by Dr. Cooke- not rushed at all. I highly recommend Dr. Cooke. Dr. Cooke’s office is also very accommodating. Immunotherapy keeps my allergies under control and significantly decreases asthma symptoms.
