I left several voice mails over the last month to become a new patient. Not one phone call was returned. I am not sure this place is in business anymore.
Dr. Andrew Cooke is very helpful, thinks outside the box when necessary, and will advocate for your needs. The office staff is wonderful as well. Sometimes voicemails get lost so understand that may be an issue. They usually are closed well before 5 pm because they do allergy shots early AM usually, so call early if you need to. Overall he's one of the best docs this former health care worker has known. I HIGHLY recommend!
