I've ordered from them twice. The first time I received my order early the next morning with an extra goodie due to the late delivery. However I just ordered from then the other day. Still have not recieved my order and when I emailed them to request a refund, it said the email doesn't work. I really liked the idea behind this and I thought it would be great but the communication is terrible.
